Youth Athletic Program

Build Strength, Speed, and Confidence

Our Summer Youth Athletic Program is a focused, 2-week training experience designed to help athletes ages 12-18 develop stronger movement patterns, build explosive power, and improve overall performance. Led by certified coaches at Envision Health and Fitness, each 75-minute session blends strength training, speed work, agility drills, and coordination development in a supportive, small-group environment. Whether your child plays a specific sport or wants to feel faster, stronger, and more confident, this program gives them the skills and foundation they need to excel.
