Kfir "K" Meshulam
EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Kfir "K" Meshulam is an ACSM and NASM certified fitness coach with nearly 15 years of experience in the exercise science industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and has gained extensive experience and knowledge through training within the military, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) conferences and specializations, his studies at Reidman International College for Complementary and Integrative Medicine, and The College of New Jersey (TCNJ)'s world-renowned exercise science undergraduate program.
K specializes in weight training, fat-loss, functional training, customized sport-specific programs, youth athletic training, and corrective exercise.

Leilani meshulam
NUTRITIONIST
YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Leilani Meshulam is a NASM certified nutrition coach and Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher (RYT-200), with over 15 years of experience. Prior to beginning her yoga practice, she was a gymnast and competitive figure skater. She previously worked in the healthcare industry, where she led teams and projects within rare disease, arthritis, digestive, respiratory, COVID-19, and more. She brings with her 7 years of service as an emergency medical technician and learnings from David Winston's Center for Herbal Studies—giving her even deeper insight into health, wellness, and body systems.

ABBY PANARELLO
FITNESS COACH

Abigail (Abby) Panarello is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Rutgers University. She has gained valuable experience through her background in public health, her role as a community outreach specialist at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and her studies at Loyola University. Additionally, her work as a fundraising specialist at LLS and as a veterinary technician at Crown Veterinary Specialist showcases her genuine desire to help and care for her community. Along with her CITI Training certification in social behavior and ethics, she is also certified by the Next Level Coaching Academy (NLCA). This diverse expertise enables her to provide science-backed guidance and promote positive mindset changes.
