No membership fees. No wasting time. Results are achieved by using client-specific modules and applying corrective exercises to reverse imbalances. Using estimated heart rate reserve and BMR to calculate intensity, your coach will work with you to develop a customized exercise regime. 


Prior to beginning personal training sessions, all clients receive a free fitness assessment. This is an important tool in building a successful program where clients will discuss personal fitness goals, physical needs, take the PAR-Q+ fitness screening test, and go over what their customized training program would look like.

Kfir "k" meshulam




Kfir "K" Meshulam is an ACSM and NASM certified fitness coach with over 10 years of experience in the exercise science industry. He holds a degree in Exercise Science and has gained extensive experience through training within the military, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) specializations, American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) seminars and conferences, The College of New Jersey (TCNJ)'s world-renowned exercise science undergraduate program, and University of Florida’s competitive applied physiology and kinesiology graduate program.

K specializes in weight training, fat-loss, functional training, customized sport-specific programs, and corrective exercise.
